Sorry, somehow I's haffed tha comments off... I wanted effurryone to be able to comment on this! So wonderful, tonight is Beau's furrst night in him's new forever home. Doesn't he look adorable -- and possibly a bit tired out -- in the second photo. Can't wait to see all tha photos plus tha new ones wif him's new Mom. Love & Purrs, KC
Kisses to you sweet Beau. Your journey is over and now all you have to do is settle in and start your new life...full of love AND your old pals from the CB.
Poor little Beau is looking sad and worn out. We are sending him love and purrs ~ he must wonder what is happening to his life. We hope he settles in soon and is surrounded by love in his new forever home. THANK YOU to all who have helped him. xx
Looks like you need a couple of nice peaceful naps Beau. So glad you made it to your nice new home. You sure are a lucky boy to have such a great new home. Take care.
What a day you had Beau! Did you give Teresa a hard time getting into the carrier. We remember you''d make mom Cathy chase you all over then go hide under the bed!!
We hope you weren't too stressed on the plane, those things strees out people too.
We hope your first night in your new home went well, and your transition goes smoothly. Glad you have some of Mom Cathy's things with you. She will always be nearby watching over you. SS&S & Mom Lynne
Just a little note from Aunt Teresa to let you all (or ya'll!) know that Beau did great on the front end of the trip, too. :-) Dad & I went over 1st thing Friday a.m., and Beau was an angel. Dad had prayed to Cathy for assistance, & she obviously answered. He was the dearest, sweetest thing ever! I'm sure Beau was a little weary from the flight, but Rose & I talked several times yesterday, & he was doing great. BTW, he's much larger & more muscular than he appears in that photo! You can probably tell that from prior photos of him, though. I have to tell you that adopting him out has been THE hardest thing that I've ever done. If it hadn't been for ML, Jan, Rose, and his new home with Barbara, he would definitely be with me & no one else. However, I feel like he is continuing both his & Cathy's life mission in this move, and it gives me great comfort. Thank you ALL for the love & support that you have given to both Cathy & Beau through the years. May Beau and Barbara be blessed in the years to come! P.S. FYI - If it doesn't work out, arrangements & have been made.
P.S. American Airlines air cargo in Nashville couldn't have been better. The man helping me was a cat person & had a cat named Bob - Silent Bob. He was absolutely wonderful, & when I teared up, he knew just what to say & do to make things easier. I can't say enough about how wonderful he was and how great he was with Beau!
Hello Teresa! How wonderful to hear from you through this blog! I thought of Beau all day yesterday and it is great to know that things went as smoothly as possible. This is hard for Beau but I know it is also hard for you as I lost my sister 2 days before Christmas to an aggressive, progressive disease that took her way too soon. Blessings to you and your family for creating joy in the midst of sorrow. Lynne

You probably don't feel like it yet, but you are home.
Poor Beau looks exhausted. I hope that he soon realizes that he has a brand new forever home.
